Sajith Ansar, CEO and founder of Idea Spice is based in Dubai. Idea Spice Design is a leading branding, design and marketing firm in the region with offices around the world. They have created over 1400 brands globally over the last 18 years and specialise in creating and growing home grown brands.

Idea Spice is an award winning boutique design firm that has added innovation and business thinking as key ingredients to rapidly grow local businesses.

Sajith graduated as a product designer from The National Institute of Design (NID) and did the MEP program at The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA). He worked at Core Emballage and founded and ran a profit centre that designed, manufactured and retailed innovations in recycled paper.

Sajith has also lectures at business and design universities regularly and often conducts workshops for entrepreneurs and start ups.

Sajith runs NLE (Next Level Entrepreneur) a 3 month program for leaders to go to the next level. He has created the curriculum and also conducts the classes out of his passion for mentoring.

Forbes has listed him as one of the Top 100 Indian business leaders in the Arab World for three years in a row.
